When will I receive my refund? 

Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll refund your original payment method with the initial purchase amount less the cost of shipping. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. Shipping on all orders is non-refundable.

 
How do I make a return? 

To initiate a return, email visit our Returns Center to receive your free shipping label. Please include your order number, the item you're returning, and reason for return. Kindly note, returns can only be made using a Washy Back return label. Our return label includes specific information about your order that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due. Washy Back is not responsible for missing return packages. We highly recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.
